Event Details

The St. Patrick's Day Gala and Annual Fundraiser has provided financial support and has helped to sustain St. Mary School for more than 20 years! This lovely evening includes a catered dinner, raffle and auction items, live music, one-of-a-kind art produced by our school children and a warm, fun evening with the St. Mary community.

Where and when?

The fundraiser is Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 6pm - 12am in the Parish Center (the gym) which will be transformed into a festive Irish-themed landscape and pub.

Where does the money go?

The school budget relies on successful fundraising: 8% of the total school budget comes from fundraising and St. Pat's is the largest of the School Advisory Board's fundraising events. The proceeds benefit the education of all St. Mary's students. Funds are raised through ticket sales, a silent auction, raffles, sponsorships and donations. Any amount raised over and above the budgeted goal is used to accelerate investments in strategic initiatives (such as purchasing Chromebooks for use in classrooms and more quickly updating classroom materials.)

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes appetizers, a catered dinner, open bar, a live band and dancing, live and silent auction items, raffles and a great evening with other St. Mary parents, parishioners and supporters.

Can I bring my kids?

This is night out for adults 21+. Date night, Girls Night Out, Guys Night Out - your choice!
